Therefore, Istar can assure that every case from dentists is produced in-house, with no outsourcing!

In addition to traditional impressions and casts, Istar can also accept intraoral scan data. The advantage of intraoral scan data lies in its ability to provide a more precise understanding of the patient’s oral condition. For our dental laboratory, this means we can create dentures that are even more tailored to the patient’s needs.
We want to assure you that in the past five years, our on-time delivery rate has been 98.6%. This is because over the past decade, we have been serving dentists, and we are familiar with every step from receiving cases or data files to delivering products.
Furthermore, we have optimized the production process, reducing the time required to make dental products. Therefore, we are confident that we can deliver the completed dental products to you within the agreed-upon timeframe!
Regular cases – 3 days in lab. Implant/complicated cases – 4+ days in lab. Turnaround time is 7 days.
If it’s a complex case, such as All-on-4 or telescope, the required time will be longer.
