PFM Crown Production Process

Model Processing:Trim the working model, define the shoulder, ensure a clear cervical margin, fill undercuts, and draw the cervical margin line.
Spacer Application:Apply spacer 0.5mm below the cervical margin to ensure proper fit and bonding space.
Wax Pattern Design:Wax is applied to the tooth surface, with a 0.6mm thick wax pattern on the lingual side, ensuring appropriate space for the metal framework and porcelain layer.
Casting and Metal Finish:After casting the metal coping, polish and refine the metal crown.
Porcelain Build Upand Glazing: Apply special porcelain layers on the metal crown, match the crown color with a shade guide, and complete multiple firings.
Final QC:Check occlusion, fit, color, and shape to ensure quality before shipping.
