Skip to contentHello everyone, I am Nora, the sales manager from Istar Dental Lab.
Today, with great pain, I must publicly disclose the dishonest behavior of a U.S. lab we previously worked with.

Our lab’s collaboration with Jonathan began in mid-January 2026. In the first shipment, Jonathan sent us some data crowns, and later he sent us a case by physical impressions for dental implants.
After both shipments were sent out, I began sending him invoices and requesting payment, but he told me he needed to pay on a monthly basis. Since the amount wasn’t large, I submitted a request for monthly payments to our finance department, and it was easily approved.
However, when the payment due date arrived, I did not receive a response from Jonathan regarding payment. After some time had passed, our finance department repeatedly urged him to pay, but since there was still no response, we had no choice but to publicly disclose his dishonest behavior online.
Later, I received a reply from Suzie stating that payment would be made as soon as possible, and on the same day, Jonathan also replied to me saying he would complete the payment within two weeks. So we waited another two weeks, but still did not receive any payment. Jonathan claimed that some of his doctor clients were dissatisfied with the crowns we made, but he provided no evidence to support this.
Moreover, two months had already passed since shipment. I cannot verify whether this is true, but I can say that for any problematic cases in the future, we are willing to redo the work free of charge. Afterward, I even requested a discount on the total amount, but received no response.
Therefore, I now feel compelled to make this case public. What I want is fairness and a resolution to this issue. I hope Jonathan will see this post and contact us. We are committed to handling this payment issue fairly and professionally.
