Dr. Amin Ehsn is a very meticulous dentist with an excellent work ethic. However, some details in our collaboration were not handled well, causing you to be unhappy. We actively communicated with the clinic throughout April and May, but the dentists consistently used a passive-aggressive approach by not responding. Dr. Ehsan is a trustworthy dentist with an excellent reputation. However, we sincerely hope that this unpleasant collaboration will not cause further losses for either of us.
Laboratory operations also incur costs. The cases clinic received in the February, March, and April invoices have already been used for patient oral administration. Therefore,we requested finance department carefully review these costs before making payment to us.the previous Carson invoices were not properly verified. I don’t know how to appease you, but business is business. We will try our best to correct any shortcomings, but in business terms, once cases are completed and given to your clinic, please verify and settle the accounts.
Throughout our collaboration, all cases were handled proactively and promptly. Regarding payments, we were loyal to our client; the normal payment cycle is monthly. However, our colleague still shipped the cases to the clinic as scheduled. In prioritizing our client’s interests, we compromised our own, resulting in a three-month billing delay. While our company bears some responsibility, we have been actively trying to communicate with the dentist without receiving a response.
Therefore, we have no choice but to take action to defend our $3063.28 bill. We hope for mutual understanding with Dr. Amin.
