Dr. Amin Ehsn is a very meticulous dentist with an excellent work ethic. However, some details in our collaboration were not handled well, causing you to be unhappy. We actively communicated with the clinic throughout April and May, but the dentists consistently used a passive-aggressive approach by not responding. Dr. Ehsan is a trustworthy dentist with an excellent reputation. However, we sincerely hope that this unpleasant collaboration will not cause further losses for either of us.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Throughout our collaboration, all cases were handled proactively and promptly. Regarding payments, we were loyal to our client; the normal payment cycle is monthly. However, our colleague still shipped the cases to the clinic as scheduled. In prioritizing our client’s interests, we compromised our own, resulting in a three-month billing delay. While our company bears some responsibility, we have been actively trying to communicate with the dentist without receiving a response.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
