We\u2019ve been working together for over a year. Founded on a win-win partnership, our relationship initially worked well.<\/p>\n

However, later on, she frequently delayed payments, citing lost customers as an excuse. Our lab actively cooperated, and if the issue was due to quality issues, we offered to rework the product free of charge to satisfy the customer.<\/p>\n

However, she continued to delay payments month after month. She\u2019d ask us to ship the product first, claiming it was a new customer order and requiring a trial order, and then only pay $500-100 each time.<\/p>\n

When the outstanding balance reached $8,000, we finally ran out of patience and suggested shortening her payment period to two months, which would allow us to continue our partnership and shipments.<\/p>\n

Her attitude made us feel she was deliberately withholding payment, significantly impacting the lab\u2019s operations and the hard work of our employees over the past few months.<\/p>\n

Initially, we trusted her and negotiated amicably, but she refused to pay and even refused to respond to group messages. We are a trustworthy Chinese lab, and our success has been built through tremendous effort and dedication.<\/p>\n

We understand and consider our customers\u2019 emotions and financial situations. However, as a matter of business, once we ship the product and she receives it, the payment must be settled. So far she still owes us $9017!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n
