We’ve been working together for over a year. Founded on a win-win partnership, our relationship initially worked well.

However, later on, she frequently delayed payments, citing lost customers as an excuse. Our lab actively cooperated, and if the issue was due to quality issues, we offered to rework the product free of charge to satisfy the customer.

However, she continued to delay payments month after month. She’d ask us to ship the product first, claiming it was a new customer order and requiring a trial order, and then only pay $500-100 each time.

When the outstanding balance reached $8,000, we finally ran out of patience and suggested shortening her payment period to two months, which would allow us to continue our partnership and shipments.

Her attitude made us feel she was deliberately withholding payment, significantly impacting the lab’s operations and the hard work of our employees over the past few months.
