Background of the Incident: We have been doing business with this company for about a year. Initially, their payments were consistently delayed, but they eventually settled their balances. 
 
Later, they negotiated for extended payment terms, and I reluctantly agreed to a 60-day credit period. 
 
Since April, our finance department has sent numerous emails, yet they have refused to respond. 
 
I have also made countless phone calls, all of which have gone unanswered.

We have ceased all services and stopped sending cases to them. 
As of now, they have defaulted on payments for February, March, and April. The entire company has effectively vanished. 
I believe such irresponsible behavior must be exposed to protect others in the industry.
 
I am issuing a serious warning to all dental labs in China and dentists in the U.S.: Do not, under any circumstances, do business with this company. Stay away to avoid being their next victim
