Hello everyone, I am Nora, the sales manager from China Istar Dental Lab. Today, with great pain, I must publicly disclose the dishonest behavior of a U.S. clinic we previously worked with.

This clinic is called Truth General Dentistry,

The dentist Dr. Andre Jordan and lead Dental Assistant Manal.

Dr. Andre Jordan: +1 (832) 840-8043

Manal: +1 (682) 716-1958

Clinic phone number: +1 (713) 588-9282

The address is: 5959 West Loop South, Suite 620 Bellaire TX 77401

On May 21, 2026, Manal, the clinic manager, reached out to us via Facebook Messenger. After we exchanged basic information, she sent over our first restorative case on May 24 to test our product quality, and added Dr. Jordan to our dedicated work group.

Our standard workflow is to send digital designs to the dentist for confirmation before we start production. When the first case was nearly finished, Manal requested design revisions. The tooth morphology had to be fully adjusted, which meant we had to remake the entire restoration. We only charged her a minimal material fee for the redo, and the clinic was fully satisfied with the final restorative outcome.

We shipped this first completed order on June 4. At that time, Manal informed us payment would be settled within two to three weeks, explaining that her patients were scheduled to receive their prostheses after July. We fully understood this arrangement.

In the following month, Manal kept sending us new restorative cases on an ongoing basis. I have attached screenshots of our communications on these cases for your reference. Nearly all cases from their clinic are full-arch restorations, so our accumulated outstanding lab fees quickly reached $6,600 by late June. As our monthly financial settlement cycle arrived, we needed to collect the outstanding balance.

Manal then stated that her clinic was facing tight cash flow that month and could only remit partial payment after July 4, without specifying the exact amount payable. Our finance team insisted on at least a partial settlement, as the outstanding balance was substantial and created heavy financial pressure on our lab.

I sent Manal the online payment link, yet she never responded to this request. Her only concern was whether we could ship another patient’s case to her clinic. Given the large unpaid balance, our finance department immediately suspended all further shipments to their practice.

Since then, I have spent nearly one month following up relentlessly on overdue payments. She promised partial payment would be issued on July 4, but we received zero funds by July 22, every follow-up message only yielded vague promises that payment would arrive “the next week”.

During this period, I attempted multiple phone calls to Dr. Jordan, but he never picked up. It was only after we notified them that we would submit this payment delinquency to Google public reviews if we failed to receive at least half the outstanding balance by month-end that Dr. Andre Jordan began replying to group messages. He claimed he could only transfer $1,000 on July 29, with no clear timeline provided for the remaining debt.

To put the total balance into perspective: we have already delivered finished restorations worth $6,600, plus another $2,000 worth of completed cases held pending shipment. The total outstanding amount owed to our lab stands at $8,600.

We struggle to comprehend this payment delay. If their patients fail to settle their treatment bills, how can the clinic provide dental care services in the first place? Dr. Andre Jordan is a highly reputable, accomplished dentist who runs a well-established clinic; it is inconceivable that his practice cannot settle several thousand US dollars in lab fees.

We can only interpret this repeated payment delay as blatant disrespect to our dental laboratory. Our technicians have invested tremendous labor to deliver high-quality, carefully crafted restorations for all of Dr. Jordan’s cases. The persistent overdue lab fees place unfair financial strain on our team. We reserve the right to share this full case history publicly, and we sincerely urge Dr. Andre Jordan to resolve this outstanding debt properly and promptly. We remain online and ready to coordinate a resolution with the clinic at any time.
